Vertebral hemangioma is a vascular tumor most oftenly asymptomatic and of casual radiological discovery. More rarely, it can be aggressive, causing neurological complications and therefore requiring a convenient and sustained therapy where vertebroplasty is of essential importance. In this context, we report a case of an aggressive vertebral angioma of L4 which was responsible for lumbocruralgy.

Lyme disease is a systemic infection due to Borrelia burgdorferi. Joint involvement in children, when primary phase is unknown, can be confounded with juvenile idiopathic arthritis. We report a case of a 16 years old girl, who developed at the age of 14 a bilateral and symetrical polyarthritis of big and small joints with fever and cutaneous eruption of trunk.

We report the observation of a 22-year-old man suffering from nocturnal back pain for 2 years. The clinical examination shows a scoliosis. Imaging suggests either malignant tumor or an aggressive osteoblastoma of the sixth thoracic vertebra.
