Aim: To examine procedural and clinical outcomes among patients undergoing percutaneous mitral valve repair (PMVR) within an admission for acute-decompensated heart failure (ADHF).
Methods And Results: Prospective registry of all consecutive patients with symptomatic mitral regurgitation (MR) grade 3+ or 4+ who underwent PMVR our centre and classified in 2 groups: elective group and urgent PMVR group (within the index admission for ADHF). Echocardiographic, procedural and clinical outcomes were compared between groups.
Regadenoson Stress Echocardiography (RSE) can detect myocardial ischemia, and its diagnostic accuracy should be evaluated. We sought to investigate the agreement between RSE and gated-SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) and appraise its diagnostic accuracy. Consecutive patients (n = 202) referred for non-invasive evaluation of myocardial ischemia, with (38.
