Various metabolic and cell signaling processes impact the functions of sugarcane plant cells. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play critical regulatory roles in enhancing yield and providing protection against various stressors. This study seeks to identify and partially characterize several novel miRNAs in sugarcane using tools, while also offering a preliminary assessment of their functions.

Background: Transfusion errors due to suboptimal knowledge and lack of training can lead to grave outcomes. Therefore, to optimize patient care, a thorough understanding of transfusion medicine basics is highly imperative for all medical graduates.
In this study water samples were investigated for the presence of heavy metals and pesticide resistance in Escherichia coli (E. coli) collected from district Jhal Magsi. Identification of E.

The available data about the early and late outcomes of both biodegradable polymer drug-eluting stents (BP-DES) and durable polymer drug-eluting stents exhibit inconsistency. We performed a meta-analysis comparing the safety and efficacy of BP-DES with DP-DES.

The muskmelon is one of the most widely cultivated fruits in the Cucurbitaceae family. Despite its significance, only 120 miRNAs from different families have been reported in muskmelon.

Aim: The aim of the work was to formulate a remineralizing agent that remineralizes enamel through the release of Ca, PO₄³-, and F- ions for a prolonged period of time.
Materials And Methods: The gel was based on carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC) as a bioinspired gelling agent and on Fluoride-doped Amorphous Calcium Phosphate (F-ACP) as a remineralizing agent.
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are typically non-coding RNAs of 18-26 nucleotides (nts) that are produced endogenously and regulated post-transcriptionally through degradation or translational repression. Since miRNAs are evolutionarily conserved, their preservation is essential for important regulatory functions in plant development, growth, and responses to environmental stress. Sorghum bicolor (sbi) is a valuable food and fodder crop which is grown worldwide.

Gastric glomus tumors (GGTs) are mesenchymal neoplasms with indolent behavior that originate from the subepithelial layers of the stomach and represent up to 1% of all gastric tumors. GGT is detected incidentally during esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) in a proportion of patients. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) evaluation of GGT is essential to establish the diagnosis and to differentiate it from gastrointestinal stromal tumors or gastric neuroendocrine tumors.
