Effect of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease on Transaminase Levels and Transient Elastography in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B.

Objective To investigate the effects of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease on aminotransferase (ALT) levels and transient elastography in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods A cross-sectional study of 230 patients with CHB and ALT levels up to two times the upper limits of normal, of one-year duration, from June 2018 to May 2019. The demographic, clinical, and laboratory characteristics of each patient were collected.
