Background: Glenoid bone loss (GBL) is common in patients with shoulder instability and plays a major role in surgical decision-making. While a plethora of GBL estimation methods exist, all of which present specific challenges, recent studies have developed simple linear formulas estimating GBL based on glenoid height.
Purpose: To assess the correlation between glenoid height and width, and to develop specific formulas based on age and sex to calculate the native glenoid width in the Lebanese population.
Purpose: This study will evaluate the outcomes of the combined latissimus dorsi tendon transfer and deltoid flap for the management of irreparable posterosuperior rotator cuff tears.
Methods: This is a retrospective study of 15 patients who have undergone double transfer surgery for their irreparable posterosuperior rotator cuff tears. These patients were followed up in three periods.
Background: Affecting mainly the working population, metacarpal shaft fractures account for up to 31% of hand fractures. To manage this entity, conservative management can be equal to operative management. However, surgeons tend to favor operative management in order to reduce the rate of complications, such as shortening and malunion.

Despite being the most common bone tumor in the wrist, it is still an atypical location for this lesion. The usual presentation is pain that is exacerbated at night and relieved by aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

CS makes up 10% of scoliotic deformities, of which 25% do not progress, 25% progress mildly and 50% need treatment depending on the age, curve characteristics and magnitude and type of anomaly.

Yet the use of local antibiotics is still questionable in the daily practice with lack of evidence regarding its usefulness in controlling infection. An experimental rat model is put in place to study the antibacterial properties of the induced membrane produced during the first stage of Masquelet.

In this technique the K-wires of the TBW are replaced by a cerclage wire while keeping the figure of eight wiring.
Material And Methods: We reviewed retrospectively our WTBW cases done between 2000 and 2015 where we replaced the K-wires by a cerclage wire.
Background: Muscle transfer has been reported as a good surgical option to reconstruct the deficient rotator cuff. The purpose of this study is to report the outcome of deltoid muscle flap transfer to restore shoulder function in patients with massive irreparable rotator cuff tear.
Material And Methods: This is a retrospective descriptive case series.
Purpose: To assess the value of ultrasound as an adjunct to radiography in minor musculoskeletal pediatric trauma.
Methods: Fifty children with 53 suspected fractures were referred for upper and/or lower limbs X-rays, followed by ultrasound. On radiography, we noted presence of fracture, of soft tissue thickening, or absence of any lesion.
Unlabelled: The aim of the study is to identify risk factors that can worsen the disability in chronic hemodialysis patients.
Patients And Methods: A transversal study was conducted on a total of 210 patients. Data was collected using a 42-item questionnaire, and univariate and multivariate statistical analyses were conducted.
