The use of the vas deferens in inguinal herniorrhaphy.

A new method of repair of inguinal herniae is described using the vas deferens as a suture material. It is especially suitable in very large and recurrent herniae. Nineteen cases have been operated on in this way with an average of 38 months' follow-up.
