A 61-year-old male presented to the emergency department with left arm and jaw pain for three hours which started 90 minutes after receiving the first dose of Moderna vaccine for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). A battery of tests performed to identify a cause for his arrhythmias and seizures were all normal.
