Psoriasis patients have an increased incidence of cardiovascular disease. Atrial fibrillation is the most common cardiac arrhythmia and is associated with increased morbidity and risk of stroke. In this study, we assessed the association between psoriasis, electrocardiographic characteristics, and incident atrial fibrillation.
