BiOCl/BiOBr/rGO ternary heterojunctions were synthesized and characterized, and their photocatalytic activities were examined. Three different rGO mass ratios were incorporated into BiOClBiOBr; 1% rGO, 3% rGO, and 5% rGO, respectively. The successful incorporation of rGO into the composites was confirmed using powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD).

In this regard, three FeNbO/NH-MIL-125(Ti) composites of different mole ratios were synthesized, characterized using Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX). PXRD patterns confirm the co-existence of the parent components in the prepared composites.
