Purpose: To evaluate the feasibility, efficacy, and safety of catheter-based radiofrequency renal sympathetic denervation for treatment of resistant hypertension.
Materials And Methods: Twenty-four patients with essential hypertension unresponsive to at least three antihypertensive agents underwent renal denervation (RDN). Three patients had variant renal anatomy.
