Background: The global aging population is growing rapidly, and Nepal is no exception. This increase is driven by changes in socioeconomic conditions, health behaviours, and advancements in the health system. In Nepal, almost a quarter of the national population are older adults (≥45 years), whose health status is rarely elaborated.

- Results showed that 32.5% experienced cyberbullying, with significant levels of depression (46.5%), anxiety (52.7%), and stress (34.9%) reported; victims had notably higher odds of these mental health issues compared to non-victims, highlighting the need for improved cybersecurity measures.
Objectives: To assess the prevalence of risky sexual behaviour (RSB) and its associated factors among Nepalese undergraduates residing in hostels of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Nepal.
Design: Cross-sectional study SETTING: Hostels operating inside Kathmandu Metropolitan City were taken as the study setting.
Participant: A total of 361 undergraduate students residing in hostels in the Metropolitan City OUTCOME MEASURES: RSB was the outcome measure assessed using nine questions able to trace any risky sexual practice practiced by the participants within the past year prior to data collection.
