In a simple randomized design trial, 420 growing male V-Line rabbits were randomly distributed into four groups to investigate the impact of exogenous dietary lysozyme on some physiological and nutritional parameters of male growing rabbits supplemented with exogenous dietary lysozyme. The witness group received a basal diet without exogenous dietary lysozyme (LYZ0), while the exogenous dietary lysozyme groups received 50, 100 and 150 mg/kg of basal diet (Groups; LYZ50, LYZ100 and LYZ150), respectively. The results showed significantly increased in blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration, total white blood cell, lipase, protease, amylase, total protein, triiodothyronine and thyroxine levels, while thyroid stimulating hormone levels significantly lessened in rabbits received LYZ.
