Emphysematous prostatitis: A case report.

We report the case of a 48-year-old man with ischemic stroke, diabetes and chronic renal failure admitted for fever with LUTS associated with nausea and vomiting.The physical examination showed a depressible abdomen, painful prostate on digital rectal examination.A biological inflammatory syndrome with diabetic ketoacidosis.
