Background: This study aimed to assess the association between exposure to indoor air pollution in DCCs (Child Day Care Centers) and the respiratory symptoms of children under 6 years old.
Methods: Air quality data were collected three times regarding to seasonal variation. Pollutants measured in 11 DCCs included PM₁₀, CO, NO₂, SO₂, O₃, benzene, bacteria, fungi, and dust mite.
Purpose: To study the etiology and pattern of uveitis in a tertiary ophthalmology center in Thailand.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on uveitis patients presenting to a uveitis clinic at Ramathibodi Hospital, Thailand, between February 2014 and January 2015.
Results: A total of 758 uveitis patients were enrolled into this study.
Objective: Examine the effect of cholinesterase inhibitors (ChEIs) on behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD), and compared the dosages of antipsychotics and SSRIs or SNRIs used to treat BPSD in patients with and without ChEIs.
Material And Method: The cross-sectional study of Alzheimer patients who had been taking ChEls for at least six months (ChEI+) or had never been on any ChEIs (ChEI-) were enrolled from the Memory Clinic, Ramathibodi hospital between September 1, 2014 and February 28, 2015. All of these patients were evaluated with Mini-Mental Status Exam (MMSE) for cognitive function, Neuropsychiatric Inventory-Questionnaire (NPI-Q) for BPSD, and psychotropic dosage used.
Objective: This quasi-experimental research using a single-group repeated measure design was conducted to assess the effect of a pulmonary rehabilitation program with meditation on perceived self-efficacy, pulmonary rehabilitation behavior, exercise tolerance, and dyspnea in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Material And Method: Thirty-three COPD patients followed-up at the Outpatient Department at Wangpong District Hospital, Petchaboon Province were included into this study. All participants received the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program (PRP) adjunct with meditation for eight weeks.
Objective: To determine the optimal cut-off point of quantitative ultrasound (QUS) of the calcaneus, and optimized position for QUS of the calcaneus, between non-weight (sitting) and weight (standing) position, to screen osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
Material And Method: A cross-sectional study of postmenopausal women aged 65 years or older who came for bone mineral density (BMD) evaluation at the menopause unit, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ramathibodi Hospital between April 2013 and October 2015. Bone tissue was measured by using QUS of the calcaneus in the standard sitting (non-weight position) and in standing (weight position) consecutively of non-dominant calcaneus to compared with BMD that measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) of lumbar spine and hip within the same visit of QUS measurement.
Background: There is an absence of data describing pediatric patients who visit Emergency Department (ED) in Thailand. Therefore, this report creates a profile of pediatric emergency room visit at a university hospital in Thailand.

The patients were randomly allocated into two groups to receive naproxen 500 mg (n = 40) or placebo (n = 40), 30 minutes before endometrial biopsy.
Background: Nowadays, the incidence of sexual abuse in children is increasing especially in Thailand and the ASEAN countries. However the study of risk factors in family history is limited

We aimed to develop and validate a risk prediction model of death for injured and Traumatised Thai children.
