In this case we report rare clinical entity of Millers syndrome in a small child of 6 years. It is basically an autosomal recessive condition characterized by anomalies of face and limbs such as malar hypoplasia, micrognathia, cleft lip and palate, restricted airway, bones and joints malformations [1, 2]. In this child apart from all these features we came across bleeding nasal masses attached to the inferior tubinates, which were causing complete nasal obstruction.

siDNA fragments, also called Dbait and Pbait, are small DNA oligonucleotides of 30-32 base pairs that cause impairment in DNA repair pathways. Like siRNA and miRNA molecules, which lead to the degradation of mRNA molecules through the Argonaute and Drosha machinery, respectively, Dbait molecules act as false DNA damage signals and trigger and exhaust the DNA repair machinery. In normal cells with no significant DNA damage, the influence of these molecules is negligible.

Alterations in nuclear morphology are useful adjuncts and even diagnostic tools used by pathologists in the diagnosis and grading of many tumors, particularly malignant tumors. Large datasets such as TCGA and the Human Protein Atlas, in combination with emerging machine learning and statistical modeling methods, such as feature extraction and deep learning techniques, can be used to extract meaningful knowledge from images of nuclei, particularly from cancerous tumors. Here, we describe a new technique based on the mathematics of optimal transport for modeling the information content related to nuclear chromatin structure directly from imaging data.

The commercialization of silicon anodes requires polymer binders that are both mechanically robust and electrochemically stable in order to ensure that they can accommodate the volume expansion experienced during cycling. In this study, we examine the use of both low and high molecular weight (MW) polyacrylic acids (PAAs), and sodium polyacrylates (Na-PAAs), at different degrees of partial neutralization, as a possible binder candidate for use in silicon graphite anodes. High MW PAAs were found to have stable capacity retentions of 672 mAh g for over 100 cycles, whereas with the low MW PAAs the capacity was found to already have declined to 373 mAh g after the first 30 cycles.

A squaramide-based monomer, designed for topochemical azide-alkyne cycloaddition (TAAC) polymerization, crystallizes as two polymorphs, M1 and M2, both having crystal packing suitable for topochemical polymerization. The hydrogen-bonding between squaramide units bias the molecular organization in both the polymorphs. 3D packing of H-bonded stacks of monomer lead to juxtaposition of azide and alkyne units of adjacent molecules in a transition-state-like arrangement for their regiospecific cycloaddition reaction.
