Our objective was to study the outcome of femtosecond-assisted lamellar keratoplasty (FSLK) in stromal corneal diseases. This is a retrospective chart review of 17 patients (20 eyes) who underwent FSLK for anterior corneal pathologies. Main outcome measures were refractive results following FSLK, complications, and graft survival.
