Pelvic Ring Disruption During Childbirth: A Case Report.

Case: We present the management of a peripartum pelvic ring disruption. Initial conservative treatment failed; ultimately, open reduction with internal fixation was required. Four years later, the patient gave birth to another child by elective cesarean delivery.
