Adult-onset immunodeficiency syndrome is characterized by the presence of anti-interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) autoantibody and the distribution of infections. Here, we describe bacteremia in a Thai woman who also had anti-IFN-γ autoantibody. The patient was also suffering from osteomyelitis and a peri-orbital abscess.
