This study analyzes the optimization of Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission line design parameters by Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) in India to improve power grid efficiency and reliability. UPPCL reduced insulation specifications for 400 kV lines from 27 to 21 disc insulators and decreased live metal clearance from 2600 to 2400 mm, resulting in 7-9% cost savings per line and reduced right-of-way requirements. While initial test lines performed satisfactorily for over 5 years, longer lines experienced operational challenges related to insulator quality, bird activity, and design margins.

We present a unique case of unicentric Castleman disease localized to the gluteal region in a 27-year-old female. Initially mistaken for a neurogenic or vascular tumour, fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) revealed a polymorphous population of lymphoid cells with numerous traversing capillaries suggestive of reactive hyperplasia, possibly Castleman disease, which was later confirmed by histopathology.

These tumors exhibit locally aggressive behavior, recurrences, distant metastasis, and poor response to existing treatment protocols. Orbital nerve sheath tumors are often associated with neurofibromatosis 1, and malignant transformation of neurofibroma into malignant nerve sheath tumor has also been seen.

Problems are caused by changes in power, swells, harmonics, and other disturbances. In this research, an artificial intelligence-driven control method was used on a unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) to help reduce power quality problems and improve power quality.

In this case report, a 1-day-old child presented with a large firm abdominal mass on the left side of the upper abdomen. Imaging studies misdiagnosed the mass as an intraperitoneal benign dermoid cyst displacing the bowel loops and internal viscera.

Glycosylphosphatidylinositol serves as an anchor to more than 150 mammalian proteins for attachment on cell surfaces, enabling specific functional properties. Mutations in the PIGT gene result in disruption of this extremely important post-translational protein modification, yielding dysfunctional proteins leading to MCAHS3.

All adult thorax and abdominal CT examinations conducted from March 2022 to June 2022 were prospectively included in this study. The Water Equivalent Diameter () and SSDE of all the examinations were computed from CT dose index volume () and Dose length product (DLP) displayed on the dose report in the CT console.

The clinico-radiological and histologic features overlap with those of other spindle cell variants, and hence the use of immunohistochemical stains helps in making an accurate diagnosis. Furthermore, a thorough surgical resection is imperative to prevent tumor recurrences.

Methods: In total, 18 cases of COVID-19-associated mucormycosis were reviewed. In addition to the recommended treatment protocol, all patients were to be given 3.
A teenage Afghan girl presented with seizure. Clinical features and laboratory investigations revealed elevated serum parathormone, high phosphate levels with low serum calcium. In third-world countries, diagnosis of rare disorders, such as Albright hereditary osteodystrophy (AHO), can usually be delayed due to scarcity of standard medical and diagnostic services.

GCTTS is characterized by the presence of multinucleated giant cells and proliferation of synovial-like mononuclear cells. A clinical diagnosis of GCTTS is kept as a differential when a firm, nodular mass shows decreased signal intensity on both T1-and T2-weighted MR imaging.

Current study aimed to evaluate the profile of risk factors for EC among patients diagnosed at tertiary level in Afghanistan.
Methodology: A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out between January 2019 up to February 2021 including all esophageal cancers diagnosed at pathology department of French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children, Afghanistan.
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been spread globally and brought health and socioeconomic issues. Jakarta tried to accommodate health and economic interests through the Large-Scale Social Restriction (LSSR) policy that should be assessed. This study aims to (1) visualize the spatial patterns of confirmed Covid-19 cases and the locations of potential risk of transmission, and (2) determine the spatial processes underlying the spatial patterns of Covid-19 cases.

Structural confirmation of these derivatives was attained through different spectral techniques. Then, anticancer evaluation of these compounds was done at the National Cancer Institute.

To identify novel Mtb-DHFR inhibitors, structure-based virtual screening (SBVS) of the Molecular Diversity Preservation International (MolMall) database was performed using Glide against the Mtb-DHFR and h-DHFR enzymes. On the basis of SBVS, receptor fit, drug-like filters, and ADMET (absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity) analysis, 16 hits were selected and tested for their antitubercular activity against the H R strain of M.

This feature increases the challenge of using computational methods to identify DPP-IV inhibitors, therefore using both pharmacophore and structure-based screening seems to be a reliable approach. Mining of novel DPP-IV inhibitors by integrating both of these techniques was reported.

We, hereby, present a case of a 50 year-old-male who was given three cycles of chemotherapy for lung carcinoma with no distant metastasis but presented 2 months later with a fusiform, painful swelling around the knee that was clinically suspected to be inflammatory in nature but proved to be fibular metastasis on cytology. There was no evidence of skeletal metastasis on initial bone scan.
