Methods: We included patients with IET who underwent BTX from 2015 to 2020. IET was defined as esotropia present before 12 months of age, with no significant refractive error, or limitation of rotations.

The condition occurs mainly in young adults who may present with acute pain, proptosis, chemosis and limitations of extraocular movements. Decreased vision due to optic nerve infiltration and macular edema as a result of scleritis is less common sequel of orbital pseudotumor.
