Involvement of Tunisian General Practitioners in the Management of Patients at Risk of Infective Endocarditis: A Cross-Sectional Study.

Objectives: This work aimed to estimate the knowledge and practice of general dentists in the governorate of Manouba regarding the management of patients at risk of infective endocarditis.

Materials And Methods: A survey involving private sector general dentists in the governorate of Manouba was performed. It contained 21 questions, and it was addressed to 111 dentists.

Outcome of Root Canal Treatment of Necrotic Teeth with Apical Periodontitis Filled with a Bioceramic-Based Sealer.

Introduction: Apical periodontitis is among the most common pathologies in endodontics. The treatment of apical periodontitis has always been an important occupation in the modern practice of endodontics, and the failure has been associated with nonhermetic root canal filling. With that in mind, bioceramic-based sealers have been incorporated into endodontic practice.

Shear Bond Strength of Three Composite Resins to Fluorosed and Sound Dentine: In Vitro Study.

Introduction: This in vitro study compared the shear strength of three composite resin systems to fluorosed and normal dentin.

Methods: Silorane FiltekTM P90, FiltekTMZ250 XT in combination with the adhesive system AdperTM Single bond 2, and Amelogen® Plus in association with Peak Universal Bond® were tested. Fifteen normal and 15 fluorosed dentine disks were prepared per material.
