Squamous papilloma of the oral cavity is frequently seen in adult patients and is typically presented as painless exophytic granular or cauliflower-like lesions over the tongue, floor of the mouth, palate, uvula, lips, and faucial pillars. Most of the lesions are solitary and grow rapidly to about 0.5 cm.

Facial Nerve Palsy Secondary to Parotid Abscess: Report of a Rare Case and Review of the Literature.

A parotid lesion with facial nerve involvement almost always indicates malignancy. Facial nerve palsy as a complication of parotid abscess is extremely rare. The postulated mechanisms include ischaemic neuropathy secondary to the compression of the facial nerve by the parotid swelling, local toxic effect and perineuritis from the inflammatory process.

Introduction: Incidental fish bone ingestion may penetrate the upper aerodigestive tract and cause extraluminal migration due to late presentation or missed diagnosis. The migrated fish bone exhibits a wide spectrum of clinical manifestations, ranging from mild symptoms to potentially fatal complications.

Presentation Of Case: We report three cases of extraluminal fish bone migration with diverse clinical presentations and complications.
