The present work aimed to develop nanoparticles of tobramycin (TRM) using thiolated chitosan (TCS) in order to improve the mucoadhesion, antibacterial effect and pharmacokinetics. Introduction: The aim of the present investigation was to evaluate the caries susceptibility of endodontically versus nonendodontically treated teeth in relation to dental plaque-related factors.
