For wider adoption of the material extrusion (MatEx)-based additive manufacturing (AM) process, it is important to understand the systems for an improved production rate of the machine. This AM process is the most adaptable and popular due to its wide availability, scalability, compatibility with a broad range of thermoplastic materials, and decreasing cost of personal MatEx-based systems. The performance limits are being explored by many researchers, but none have tried to find the efficacy of different kinematic configurations.

This syndrome manifests as the classic triad of megaloblastic anemia, sensorineural hearing loss, and diabetes mellitus. Here, we present the case of a one-and-a-half-year-old male infant born to non-consanguineous parents in India, a region where TRMA cases are seldom reported.

While extensive research exists about complications associated with 3COs, there remains a paucity of studies analyzing risk factors for mortality following 3CO. We believe the mortality rate after 3-column osteotomy will be low with specific identifiable demographic or medical risk factors.

Motor disabilities, including dystonia and dyskinesia, cause speech and movement difficulties and limit many aspects of life. Factors affecting PD refer to the various internal and external conditions that contribute to the onset, severity and progression of the disease.

The purpose of this study is to identify the etiologies, presentations, and radiological findings associated with impaired vision in the context of ENT. Additionally, this article discusses management protocols, including optic nerve decompression and orbital decompression.

Background: Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is well known for its effectiveness in addressing psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and borderline personality disorder, often used alongside medication.
Summary: CBT is used more often in the criminal justice system to help rehabilitate offenders by targeting cognitive distortions affecting their social and decision-making abilities. These maladaptive behaviours and sense of entitlement can result from distortions, which CBT works to address by restructuring thought patterns and encouraging adaptive behaviours.
Since its discovery and over the past thirty years, extensive research has significantly expanded our understanding of leptin and its diverse roles in human physiology, pathophysiology and therapeutics. A prototypical adipokine initially identified for its critical function in appetite regulation and energy homeostasis, leptin has been revealed to also exert profound effects on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal, thyroid, adrenal and growth hormone axis, differentially between animals and humans, as well as in regulating immune function. Beyond these roles, leptin plays a pivotal role in significantly affecting bone health by promoting bone formation and regulating bone metabolism both directly and indirectly through its neuroendocrine actions.

This study aimed to study the various presentations of post COVID-19 invasive fungal sinusitis with 7th cranial nerve palsy and to correlate topodiagnostic tests and radiological findings to identify the site of lesion. A retrospective study was conducted at a tertiary care hospital where 11 patients with post COVID-19 invasive fungal sinusitis with facial palsy presented to our institute. Detailed history, clinical examination, radiological imaging were done for all patients.

With laser powers P<250 TW and using an initial spot size larger than the matched spot size for guiding, we were able to accelerate electrons to energies E_{max}>2.5 GeV, in fields exceeding 500 GV m^{-1}, with more than 80 pC of charge at energies E>1 GeV.

However, the combination of subcutaneous emphysema, vocal cord palsy, enlarged arytenoids, and pooling of saliva in a dysphagic patient represents a rare and intriguing presentation. A 33-year-old female presented at a tertiary care hospital in Western India with hoarseness of voice, difficulty in swallowing, productive cough, and neck pain for two months with an abrupt increase in the severity of all symptoms in two days.

Background: Neonatal oral cavity masses present complex diagnostic and management challenges, often involving respiratory distress. We present a case of a 1-day-old male neonate with an oral cavity mass and respiratory distress, whose antenatal scan revealed polyhydramnios and a nasopalatine cyst.
Case Report: Clinical examination revealed a 5 * 5 cm cystic swelling arising from the right hard palate.
Optimal timing for removal of lumen-apposing metal stents (LAMS) for effective drainage of pancreatic fluid collections (PFC) while minimizing adverse events (AE) is unknown. Outcomes of early (≤ 4 weeks) or delayed (> 4 weeks) LAMS removal on both clinical efficacy and the incidence of AE were assessed. This was a retrospective analysis of a prospectively maintained registry of PFC drainage between November 2016 and September 2021.
