With the increase of game addiction, the problem of aggression as one of the most serious issues confronting today's society is affecting the mental health of the young generation. Background: It has been well documented that social isolation stress (SIS) can induce posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)-like behavior in rodents, however, the underlying mechanism is remained misunderstood.
