Background: The aim of this study was to assess the effect of a training package based on the lived experience of substance abusers on sleep problems and mental health.
Materials And Methods: The current study was performed on 70 subjects equally distributed into two groups of control and intervention, Data collection tools included the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ), and the Basic Adlerian Scales for Interpersonal Success-Adult Form (BASIS-A) Inventory. Data analysis was administered using the independent -test, paired -test, and MANCOVA.
