Introduction: The newer atypical antipsychotics seem to be as effective as previous antipsychotics for impulsivity and aggressiveness of patients with borderline personality disorder (BPD). Objective of this assessment was to compare the effectiveness of olanzapine versus haloperidol in BPD.
