Due to the lack of mineral sources of Vanadium (V) in many parts of the world and its recent applications in the field of medicine (as an anti-tumor agent), one of the biggest sources of V is the extraction of V as VO from steel slag in melting process. In this study, the pyro-hydrometallurgical process has been investigated for the extraction of V from steel slag created in a convertor. To get an optimum process of salt roasting, the effect of roasting temperature, time, salt value, slag particle size, and cooling method have been investigated.

However, the phase distortions resulting from array processing may limit the applicability of these methods for high precision applications using carrier phase based positioning techniques. This paper studies the phase distortions occurring with the adaptive blind beamforming method in which satellite angle of arrival (AoA) information is not employed in the optimization problem.

Assay of macrophages culture supernatants were carried out on WEHI-164 fibrosarcoma cell line as tumor necrosis factor-α bioassay were done. NO release was increased at the dose of 10 µg/ml (P = 0.

However, the resulting distortion and bias on the cross correlation functions due to space-time filtering is a major limitation of this technique. Employing the steering vector of the GNSS signals in the filter structure can significantly reduce the distortion on cross correlation functions and lead to more accurate pseudorange measurements.

However, precise antenna array calibration remains a major challenge. This paper proposes a new method for calibrating a GNSS antenna array using live signals and an inertial measurement unit (IMU).
