Penile Fracture at the Crus of the Penis - A Rare Case Report.

Penile fracture is an uncommon acute surgical emergency, typically occurring after sexual intercourse, self-manipulation and at times, may be accidental. We report here a 39-year male who attended the department of emergency with swelling and bruising of the scrotum and penis. Physical examination exhibited a diffuse abdominal and perineal ecchymosis.

Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of Blood Donation Among Undergraduate Medical Students in Azad Kashmir.

Objective To evaluate the knowledge and attitude of undergraduate medical students of Poonch Medical College about blood donation. Methods This cross-sectional study was done using a 27-item, validated, interviewer-administered questionnaire involving undergraduate medical students from March to October 2018. Informed consent and ethical clearance were secured.

Malakoplakia is an unusual acquired granulomatous disease that can affect many systems including urogenital tract. It presents a huge diagnostic challenge as it can mimic malignancy. We report a 55-year diabetic woman who presented with history of macroscopic hematuria and right flank pain.

Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices Related to Cervical Cancer Among Adult Women in Azad Kashmir: A Hospital-based Cross-sectional Study.

Objective To assess the knowledge, attitude, and practices (KAP) related to cervical cancer among the adult women of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. Methods A cross-sectional study, involving 594 patients visiting the Gynecology and Obstetrics outpatient departments of Khalifa bin Zayed Hospital, Rawalakot, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan, was done. The study questionnaire (interviewer-administered) included 26 items to measure the knowledge, attitude, and practices related to cervical cancer and was formulated and validated with the help of gynecologists and epidemiologists.
