Introduction: Angina Bullosa Hemorrhagica (ABH) is a rare condition characterized by hemorrhagic blisters and is often asymptomatic. These lesions appear more commonly in the oral cavity and oropharynx and are often misdiagnosed. A retrospective cross-sectional study was performed in clinically confirmed cases of ABH to study its epidemiology, etiology and presentation in a tertiary care hospital in Southern Asia.

Methods: A systematic literature search for observational studies was done in PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, and the Cochrane library, with additional hand-searching.
Telencephalic hemisphere formation is a complex and precisely timed process, which begins in the chick forebrain with an invagination in the middle of the roof plate. However, the factor(s) that determine the position/site of invagination in the roof plate remain to be elucidated. In this study, we have demonstrated that as development proceeds, a region of lower thickness appears in the middle of the roof plate, which marks the position where the invagination begins.

Diverse challenges persist within this domain, demanding further comprehensive investigation and exploration.
Objective: This study aims to design, develop, optimise formulation and process variables, and characterise the stabilised aqueous dissolvable nanosuspension using chlorthalidone as a BCS class- IV drug.
Acute promyelocytic leukaemia (APL) is a highly lethal haematological malignancy. It is rare in pregnancy and may be fatal if not managed promptly and appropriately. A woman in her 20s presented with high-grade fever at 16 weeks of her third pregnancy.

Methods: We assessed dental traits and anomalies in 454 individuals through intraoral examination. Neural network analysis was employed to predict the population of origin based on a combination of dental traits and anomalies.
The menstrual cycle is an intricate biological process governed by hormonal changes that affect different facets of a woman's reproductive system. This review provides an overview of neurotransmitter alterations during different menstrual cycle phases and their effects on physiology and psychology. During the follicular phase, rising estrogen levels increase serotonin synthesis, enhancing mood, cognition, and pain tolerance.

However, in spite of significant successes in the development of halide perovskite nanocrystals, their epitaxial heterostructures with appropriate chalcogenide nanomaterials have largely remained unexplored. Keeping the importance of these materials in mind, herein, epitaxial nanocrystal heterostructures of CsPbBr-PbSe are reported.

Epigenetic modifications, including DNA methylation, histone modifications, and non-coding RNAs, have emerged as promising biomarkers for AD due to their roles in regulating gene expression and potential for reversibility. This review examines the current landscape of epigenetic biomarkers in AD, emphasizing their diagnostic and prognostic relevance.

Rearrangement involving gene (-r) is recently being described in acute leukemias. We present the clinic-pathological and immunophenotypic findings in a series of five cases of acute leukemia with -r reported in our Institute between September 2020 to September 2023. Notably, while fusion was the most frequently encountered abnormality, the fusion partner was not identified in two patients with -r BCP-ALL.

We conducted a prospective study on newly diagnosed, treatment-naïve adult (> 18 years old) patients with CML in the chronic phase (CP) and age- and sex-matched controls. Peripheral blood samples were collected at diagnosis and after three months of imatinib therapy to assess Tregs and PD-1 + CD8 T-cell levels using flow cytometry.

Materials And Methods: A total of 150 extracted human mandibular first molars were selected, and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images were taken. Then, conventional access cavities were made, followed by troughing under dental loupes (3X), and were also examined under a dental operating microscope (DOM) (6X).
Introduction: 3-Dimensional printing (3DP) is an additive manufacturing (AM) technique that is expanding quickly because of its low cost and excellent efficiency. The 3D printing industry grew by 19.5 % in 2021 in spite of the COVID-19 epidemic, and by 2026, the worldwide market is expected to be valued up to 37.

Both ESG and intragastric balloons (IGBs) have demonstrated effectiveness and safety for weight loss. However, there is a paucity of high-quality evidence supporting the superiority of one over the other, and no pairwise meta-analysis of comparative studies has been published to date.

Besides, fundamental photophysical properties and its device applications of 1D perovskite-metal HSs are limited due to their challenging synthetic protocols and difficulties in forming epitaxial growth between covalent and ionic bonds. Herein, we have synthesized the CsPbBr perovskite NRs-platinum (Pt) nanoparticles (NPs) (CsPbBr/Pt) epitaxial HS using cation exchange followed by chemical reduction methods with the orthorhombic CsCuBr NRs.
