- Endodontics faces challenges in treating young necrotic permanent teeth, but regenerative endodontic procedures (REPs) can promote root growth and closure.
- A clinical study over 2 years involved 30 patients with immature necrotic teeth treated using a standard REP protocol, with assessments at regular follow-ups, including radiographic evaluations.
- Results showed high survival and clinical success rates, with significant improvements in root thickness and length, as well as apical closure in some cases, although not all patients experienced meaningful changes.
The aim of this systematic review is to summarize and conclude findings to reveal the stress ranges developed by various post materials by finite element analysis. This, in turn, aids in the selection of better post material clinically.
