Evaluation of the efficacy of topical Retz. with vinegar in the treatment of tinea corporis: a non-inferiority randomized controlled trial.

Objectives: Unani physicians have suggested a wide range of anti-dermatophytic remedies, although the scientific evidence is scarce. Thus, the efficacy and safety of Retz. fruit powder mixed with vinegar was compared with terbinafine hydrochloride 1% cream in the treatment of tinea corporis in order to establish the non-inferiority of test drugs.
