- A cross-sectional study was conducted with 100 participants, including 50 diagnosed with NAFLD and 50 healthy controls, using random sampling and questionnaires to analyze cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
- Results indicated that 48% of NAFLD patients had high cholesterol levels, showing a significant correlation between elevated cholesterol, triglycerides, and the presence of NAFLD, with strong statistical support (p-value < 0.001).
