Purpose Of Review: Huntington's disease (HD) is an autosomal-dominant disorder caused by a pathological expansion of a trinucleotide repeat (CAG) on exon 1 of the huntingtin (HTT) gene. HD is characterized by the presence of chorea, alongside other hyperkinesia, parkinsonism and a combination of cognitive and behavioural features. Currently, there are no disease-modifying therapies (DMTs) for HD, and the only intervention(s) with approved indication target the treatment of chorea.

The question of whether ChatGPT could be used to aid in medical education is yet to be answered, particularly in the field of ophthalmology.
Objective: The aim of this study is to assess the ability of ChatGPT-3.
The following White Paper will discuss the appropriateness of gadolinium administration in MRI for musculoskeletal indications. Musculoskeletal radiologists should consider the potential risks involved and practice the judicious use of intravenous contrast, restricting administration to cases where there is demonstrable added value. Specific nuances of when contrast is or is not recommended are discussed in detail and listed in table format.

Regenerative and reconstructive periodontal plastic surgery are important options for treating marginal tissue recession and can be indicated for root coverage or periodontal procedures prior to implant placement. Among the available procedures, periodontal flaps with subepithelial connective tissue graft (CTG) is the most common treatment option to achieve proper tissue manipulation. The present study proposes a modification of a previous technique for inducing spontaneous gingival growth around teeth that will be extracted prior to implant placement, through successive reduction of the buccal root surface.

We evaluated the effectiveness of the Caregiver Support Intervention (CSI), which emphasizes caregiver wellbeing together with training in positive parenting.
Methods: We conducted a two-arm randomized controlled trial of the CSI with Syrian refugees in Lebanon, with an intent-to-treat design, from September 2019-December 2020.
Purpose: Self-assessment is increasingly implemented in medical professions' curricula. In this research, the authors measure the effects of self-assessment within a preclinical removable prosthodontics course among dental students in a private dental school according to the European qualifications framework descriptors.
Materials And Methods: Thirty subjects, all fourth-year dental students, were included in this experiment.

Capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry (CE-MS) enables the characterization of the primary structure of mAbs. A bottom-up proteomic workflow is designed to provide detailed information about the glycosylation.

Methods: This is a prospective study of perceived surgeon stress during phacoemulsification by a single surgeon of consecutive patients undergoing PCE. At the conclusion of each procedure, the surgeon recorded the perceived stress according to the following three indices: surgeon score, qualitative score (yes or no), and total score (sum of itemized causes of stress).
Background: There is robust evidence that compromised parenting, stemming from persistently high stress, mediates the impact of war and displacement on children's mental health and psychosocial wellbeing. Parenting interventions generally prioritize the acquisition of parenting knowledge and skills, while under-attending to parental stress and distress. This paper describes the development of the Caregiver Support Intervention (CSI), a nine-session group intervention for conflict-affected parents of children aged 3-13, that aims to strengthen parenting both indirectly, by lowering stress and improving psychosocial wellbeing among parents, and directly, by increasing knowledge and skill related to positive parenting.

Method: Three hundred and twenty zirconia blocks were divided into 4 equal study groups. Group 1 (control): as-sintered, group 2: (GB): grit-blasted, group 3: (LAS): laser-etched, group 4: (SIE): selective infiltration etching.
This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of autonomous emergency braking (AEB) systems in car-to-cyclist frontal collisions by simulating their effects, in terms of crash avoidance and injury mitigation, on a representative target population of real-world accidents. Identifying effectiveness-critical AEB-cyclist design parameters through a sensitivity analysis was also targeted. The analysis is based on a representative set of real-world car-to-cyclist frontal collisions gathered from French police reports.

Epithelial ingrowth occurring many years after primary Laser in Situ Keratomileusis (LASIK) without a preceding traumatic event is very rare. We describe the case of a 61-year-old woman with epithelial ingrowth in her right eye 15 years after primary LASIK. She presented with right eye redness, pain, and decreased vision and denied any preceding trauma.

An analytical method based on a derived bottom-up proteomic workflow is designed to provide detailed information about the amino acid sequence, the glycosylation profiling, and the location on the peptide backbone of the conjugated drugs. Here we describe the experimental protocol applied on the characterization of cysteine-linked brentuximab vedotin (Adcetris).
