Simultaneous Hodgkin's disease and Kaposi sarcoma in a renal transplant recipient.

A 38-year-old women underwent first cadaver kidney transplantation. Her panel reactive antibody was 0%, and she had never previously been transfused nor pregnant. She received induction therapy with antithymoglobulin (ATG) as standard protocol and maintained on immunosuppressive treatment of cyclosporine A, mycophenolate mofetil (MMF), and prednisone.
