Neurological disorders include various conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system which results in reduced performance in different organs and muscles throughout the human body. Dysarthia is a neurological disorder that significantly impairs an individual's ability to effectively communicate through speech. Individuals with dysarthria are characterized by muscle weakness that results in slow, slurred, and less intelligible speech production.

Evaluation of delay in time to adjuvant chemotherapy after HIPEC and its impact on oncological outcome in advanced epithelial ovarian cancer.

Obejectives: Optimal cytoreductive surgery (CRS), followed by adjuvant chemotherapy, is a major predictor of oncological outcome in patients with advanced epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC). It is not clear if a delayed start of adjuvant chemotherapy negatively impacts on the oncological outcome.

Methods: Prospective registry study on 75 patients treated with CRS and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC).
