G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) represent the largest family of plasma membrane proteins targeted for therapeutic development. For decades, GPCRs were investigated as monomeric entities during analysis of their pharmacology or signaling and during drug development. However, a considerable body of evidence now indicates that GPCRs function as dimers or higher-order oligomers.

The most common approach involves the STarT Back Screening Tool (SBST) to triage the need for psychologically informed care, which explores concerns about pain and addresses unhelpful beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors. Such beliefs that pain always signifies injury or tissue damage and that exercise should be avoided have been implied as psychosocial mediators of chronic pain and can impede recovery.

This analysis sought to determine if Patient-Reported Outcome Measurement Information System (PROMIS) measures could be used to estimate HICP status following TSA.
Methods: This was a secondary analysis of a cohort of patients (n = 227) who received a TSA at a single, academic medical center, of whom 25 (11.
Purpose: Cardiac angiosarcoma (CAS) is a rare, aggressive malignancy with limited treatment options. Both sporadic and familial cases occur, with recent links to germline POT1 mutations. The genomic landscape of this disease is poorly understood.
