Despite more than 50 years of primary immunization against diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus in Russia, complicated illnesses, including fatal ones, still occur. The goal of this preliminary cross-sectional study is to see how well pregnant women and healthcare workers are protected against diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus. The required sample size (pregnant women and healthcare professionals, as well as pregnant women of two age categories) for this preliminary cross-sectional study was calculated using a confidence value of 0.

By the 12th month, 40% of those who recovered still have a very high level of IgG antibodies to the S-protein (>500 BAU/ml). In the feces, urine, and blood serum of patients with long-term persistent IgM antibodies, no coronavirus antigens were detected.

In a longitudinal cohort study conducted in 26 model regions of Russia, distributed across all FDs, we investigated the distribution and cumulative proportions of individuals with antibodies (Abs) to the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid antigen (Ag), in the period from June to December 2020, using a three-phase monitoring process. In addition, during the formation of the cohort of volunteers, the number of seropositive convalescents, persons who had contact with patients or COVID-19 convalescents, and the prevalence of asymptomatic forms of infection among seropositive volunteers were determined.

Different levels of IgM antibodies to N-protein and receptor binding domain of the Spike protein (RBD) were revealed. The dynamics of IgG antibodies to the whole virion antigen and recombinant antigens showed high values on weeks 4-5 of the disease.

The study included 30 patients over the age of 50 who applied to the consultative diagnostic center complaining of a prolonged cough in the period from 2015 - 2020. Blood serum samples were investigated in enzyme immunoassay with the definition of antitussive antibodies of three classes - IgM, IgG, IgA in the commercial test system RIDASCREEN (R-Biopharm AG, Germany).
