[Short-term course under beta blockers of clinical and echocardiographic parameters in mitral stenosis in sinus rhythm].

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the short-term benefit of a beta-blocker (atenolol) on clinical and echocardiographic parameters of patients presenting isolated or predominant mitral stenosis in sinus rhythm.
