Importance: Mental health issues among young people are increasingly concerning. Conventional psychological interventions face challenges, including limited staffing, time commitment, and low completion rates.
Objective: To evaluate the effect of a low-intensity online intervention on young people in Hong Kong experiencing moderate or greater mental distress.
Background: TG02 is a peptide-based cancer vaccine eliciting immune responses to oncogenic codon 12/13 mutations. This phase 1 clinical trial (NCT02933944) assessed the safety and immunological efficacy of TG02 adjuvanted by GM-CSF in patients with -mutant colorectal cancer.
Methods: In the interval between completing CRT and pelvic exenteration, patients with resectable mutation-positive, locally advanced primary or current colorectal cancer, received 5-6 doses of TG02/GM-CSF.
Introduction: The population is heterogeneous with varying levels of healthcare needs. Clustering individuals into health segments with more homogeneous healthcare needs allows for better understanding and monitoring of health profiles in the population, which can support data-driven resource allocation.
Methods: Using the developed criteria, data from several of Singapore's national administrative datasets were used to classify individuals into the various health segments.
Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions in reducing loneliness among community-dwelling older adults.
Design: A network meta-analysis (NMA) and systematic review.
Setting And Participants: Interventional studies were included if they contained original quantitative data on interventions to reduce loneliness among community-dwelling older adults.
