Objective: Craniosynostoses are an underrecognized cause of intracranial hypertension (ICH), especially when associated with congenital syndromes. Alagille syndrome (ALGS) is a multisystem disorder with typical facial features and hepatobiliary, cardiac, vascular, skeletal, and ocular manifestations. The occurrence of craniosynostosis in ALGS is rare and can be associated with chronic ICH, requiring craniofacial surgery to increase the intracranial volume.

In December 2022, we detected a monophyletic cluster of genomes comprising a sublineage of the Omicron variant of concern (VOC) designated as B.1.

Methods And Materials: In this evaluation, 5 studies were performed to assess the image quality of HyperSight CBCT. First, a HyperSight CBCT image quality evaluation was performed and compared with Siemens simulation-CT and Varian TrueBeam CBCT.
Background: Idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias (VAs) arising from the left anterior fascicle (LAF) are uncommonly seen, and their characteristics still need to be sufficiently investigated. This study aimed to conclude these VAs' characteristics and explore efficient ablation strategies.
Methods: Data were analyzed from 118 patients undergoing successful catheter ablation for LAF VAs.
Resistance to chimaeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy develops through multiple mechanisms, most notably antigen loss and tumour-induced immune suppression. It has been suggested that T cells expressing multiple CARs may overcome the resistance of tumours and that T cells expressing receptors that switch inhibitory immune-checkpoint signals into costimulatory signals may enhance the activity of the T cells in the tumour microenvironment. However, engineering multiple features into a single T cell product is difficult because of the transgene-packaging constraints of current gene-delivery vectors.
