Uveal melanoma (UM) is the most common primary malignant intraocular tumor in adults. Distant metastasis is common, affecting around 50% of patients. Prognostic accuracy relies on molecular characterization of tumor tissue.

We determined the feasibility to detect actionable GAs using TruSight™ Oncology 500 (TSO500) in 200 consecutive patients with NSCLC.
Materials And Methods: DNA and RNA were sequenced on an Illumina® NextSeq 550 instrument and processed using the TSO500 Docker pipeline.
The TCGA-based molecular classification of endometrial cancer has emerged as an important tool to stratify patients according to prognosis. A simplified scheme has been proposed, by using immunohistochemistry for p53, MSH6, and PMS2 and a molecular test for POLE mutations (NGS or Sanger sequencing, techniques that are not available in many centers worldwide). In this study, we validate a novel method that allows simultaneous analysis of multiple pathogenic POLE mutations.

However, there is still very little information about polymorphic inversions in the human genome due to the difficulty of their detection. Here, we develop a new high-throughput genotyping method based on probe hybridization and amplification, and we perform a complete study of 45 common human inversions of 0.

In this study, we prospectively analyzed if cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), pleural effusion (PE), and/or ascites (ASC) can be used to detect driver mutations and guide treatment decisions. We collected 42 CSF, PE, and ASC samples from advanced non-small-cell lung cancer and melanoma patients.
