Over the past decade, there has been substantial growth in both the quantity and complexity of available biomedical data. In order to more efficiently harness this extensive data and alleviate challenges associated with integration of multi-omics data, we developed Petagraph, a biomedical knowledge graph that encompasses over 32 million nodes and 118 million relationships. Petagraph leverages more than 180 ontologies and standards in the Unified Biomedical Knowledge Graph (UBKG) to embed millions of quantitative genomics data points.

Methods: To further evaluate the preclinical potential of SB, we have set a dose-escalation study in C57BL/6J male mice to test effects of ad libitum 20 mg/mL SB and 50 mg/mL SB and their combinations with ABX in the DID procedure for 4 weeks. Effects of these SB concentrations on ethanol consumption and bodily parameters were determined for the duration of the treatments.
Impairment of the central nervous system (CNS) poses a significant health risk for astronauts during long-duration space missions. In this study, we employed an innovative approach by integrating single-cell multiomics (transcriptomics and chromatin accessibility) with spatial transcriptomics to elucidate the impact of spaceflight on the mouse brain in female mice. Our comparative analysis between ground control and spaceflight-exposed animals revealed significant alterations in essential brain processes including neurogenesis, synaptogenesis and synaptic transmission, particularly affecting the cortex, hippocampus, striatum and neuroendocrine structures.
