Background: Sacituzumab govitecan (SG) has been approved by FDA in April 2021 for pre-treated metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC), following the ASCENT trial results.
Methods: We set up an ambispective bicentric cohort study to assess the real-world effectiveness and safety of SG in patients with mTNBC treated at Institut Curie Hospitals, with a focus on patients with brain metastases.
Results: This study included 99 patients treated through the French Early Access Program to SG from May 2021 to January 2023.
We describe herein the assembly and in vivo evaluation of a tailor-made micellar carrier system designed for the optimized encapsulation of a superfluorinated MRI probe and further targeting of solid tumors. The in vivo validation was carried out on MC38 tumor-bearing mice which allowed the confirmation of the efficient targeting properties of the nano-carrier, as monitored by 19F-MRI.

Methods: All adult patients seen at the Nancy University hospital for CD or SBS between 2012 and 2019 were eligible for inclusion in this case-control study.
Students represent a population group that is for the most part in good health. However, students also face specific stresses and constraints that are likely to make it difficult for them to adapt to student life, and these adjustments can lead to unhealthy behaviours. Within Universities, the implementation of a coherent health policy must aim to positively impact on the development of both the professional and daily lives of young adults.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA better knowledge of colloidal and particulate matter of urban wastewater is necessary for the optimisation of the wastewater treatment. This paper presents a methodology based on the study of each granular fraction (settleable, supracolloidal, colloidal and soluble matter) separated by different techniques of liquid-solid separation and analysed by non specific parameters (chemical oxygen demand, total suspended solids, UV spectra). The application of this methodology to a storm event allows to explain the quality variation observed during this period.
