Medical support of the Petsamo-Kirkenes Offensive. W consider the organizational aspects of the healthcare support of Petsamo-Kirkenes Offensive in the Arctic. The conditions and factors that influenced the preparation and conduct of operations are analysed.

[Organisation of scientific and research work of Navy medical service].

The main issues of organization of scientific and research work of medical service in the North Fleet are considered in the present article. Analysis of some paragraphs of documents, regulating this work at army level is given. The authors give an example of successful experience of such work in the North Fleet, table some suggestions which allow to improve the administration of scientific and research work in the navy and also on the district scale.

[Characteristics of lymphocyte-monocyte-neutrophil interactions during varied-severity course of leptospirosis (a cytochemical study)].

Correlations between neutrophilic enzymes (acid and alkaline phosphatases, myeloperoxidase, NBT test) and lymphocyte and monocyte enzymes (acid phosphatase, nonspecific esterase) were studied in 110 patients with icterohemorrhagic leptospirosis. These correlations were changing, depending on the disease severity and period. In case of a favorable course of leptospirosis in the initial period and at the peak a great number of intercellular correlations are formed between neutrophilic, lymphocytic, and monocytic enzymes.
