[Surgical treatment of littoral cell angioma of the spleen].

Littoral cell angioma is a very rare benign splenic neoplasm with typical morphological features. It is difficult to differentiate this angioma from other benign or malignant splenic tumors. It is a unique vascular tumor followed by abdominal pain or detected incidentally during examination.
