Article Synopsis
  • Triple-negative breast cancer has a poor prognosis and lacks specific treatments, making medications like eribulin crucial for patient care.
  • This study identifies key immune markers, such as various types of lymphocytes and their PD1 status, that can help predict how well patients will respond to eribulin.
  • Findings indicate that a high ratio of PD1-negative to PD1-positive B cells in tumors correlates with both better short-term treatment response and worse overall survival outcomes in patients with advanced stages of this cancer.

Eighty eight children and adolescents with BA and AR, boys-65.
