In the current paper we describe a new type of hybrid molecules including red fluorescent protein mCherry and 10th type III human fibronectin domain (10Fn3) - one of the alternative scaffold proteins which can be used for the construction of antibody mimics with various binding specificity. We have constructed different gene variants encoding for the hybrid fluorescent protein and studied their expression in Escherichia coli cells. It was shown that N-terminal position of mCherry and modification of its N-terminal amino acid sequence promotes efficientbacterial expression of the hybrid protein in the soluble form.

The authors present the investigation of inpatient treatment of 137 patients with trophic ulcers of venous aethiology. All the patients were hospitalized in the "Road clinical hospital" on the Krasnoyarsk station. A comparative analysis of treatment results of the patients with trophic ulcers using different medical methods was made.

The tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is a proinflammatory cytokine that plays a pivotal role in the regulation of the human immune system. Studies of the TNF functional topography are a challenging task in bioengineering. We have produced genes encoding the peptides Dl (3-30), D2 (31-85), D3 (86-114), and D4 (115-157), which correspond to isolated fragments of the informational structure of TNF.

The authors have studied alterations occurring both in the ultrastructure of the cell matrix and in the microcirculatory bed of the chronic wound after local exposure to cryoagent. The up-to-date effective methods including laser Doppler flowmetry were used followed by correct statistical processing of the data obtained. The cryogenic stimulation of the wound was shown to result in considerably improved perfusion of the microcirculatory bed, epithelization and remodeling of the scar.

Retention mechanisms of insulin and deamido[AsnA21] insulin on the bifunctional sorbent Armsphere-C8(PR) in conditions of reversed-phase chromatography (HPLC and ion-pair HPLC) were studied. In accordance with the chemical differences of these proteins, molecular mechanisms of their interaction with silica gel modified with hydrophobic and ion-exchange groups were revealed. The possibility of simultaneous interaction of sorbed proteins with the stationary phase by both mechanisms under conditions of reversed-phase HPLC was demonstrated.
