There are many established evidence-based practices (EBPs) for autistic youth which facilitate wellbeing and skill development across a range of domains. However, individuals on the autism spectrum are consistently underserved in mental health settings, limiting their access to these EBPs. Positive provider attitudes toward EBPs may increase their uptake or use.

Recent studies found large inconsistencies between labeled values and actual contents of melatonin within products, which has led to concerns over the quality of melatonin supplements. View Article and Find Full Text PDFIntroduction: Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) guidelines recommend 'four pillars' of medical therapy and device therapy if left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) remains ≤35% after 3 months optimum medical therapy.We conducted the first study to examine the effects of optimisation to contemporary medical therapy on cardiac reverse remodelling, as demonstrated by cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR).We hypothesised a proportion of patients would undergo beneficial remodelling and LVEF improvement above the threshold for complex device prescription after 6 months.

Implementation strategies are also needed to improve evidence-based intervention (EBI) integration in community settings, but there is a lack of systematic characterization of their use, which limits generalizability of findings. The goals of this study were to determine which implementation strategies are most used to deliver primary prevention EBIs in community settings, develop a compilation and pragmatic strategy selection process with accompanying guidance tools, and understand practitioners' preferences for dissemination.
