[Initiation of pharmacotherapy as a risk factor for older patients.].

The article presents the literature and original data on the problems of falls in elderly patients. The connection of the fact of falling with initiation of therapy by a number of drugs known to have a negative impact on the risk of falling is considered. The article presents data on the frequency and structure of falls on the example of patients with cardiovascular diseases older than 75 years, treated in a multidisciplinary hospital.

[Generation of fuzzy network models taught on the basis of data structure for medical expert systems].

Exploratory analysis of the characteristics and structure of the classes under study is suggested to be used for generation of fuzzy decision rules for medical applications. It is shown that the use of the fuzzy set theory in combination with computational experiment makes it possible to reduce the number of computational procedures while maintaining high quality of classification and prediction.

[Analysis of regularities of rhythmic sensomotor activities using a Rhythmotest device].

The paper is concerned with a study into the mechanisms of rhythmic sensorimotor activity (RSMA) using a "Ritmotest" device. The authors demonstrate potentialities of the device in determining the grade of automation of RSMA skill, which is presented as a process of the control conversion from the external feedback to the internal one. The conversion in question is realized with an output of a sensory standard at a given time interval.
